Many skin experts believe that certain foods can worsen skin conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis and even premature wrinkling. Some ways that certain foods create skin problems include promoting inflammation, allergic reactions and fluid retention.
Foods that some recommend avoiding include refined grains and sugars, alcohol, fatty meats and other sources of saturated fats. Other foods that some suggest decreasing include wheat products, full-fat dairy, salty foods and additives.
