Gallstone diet

When we eat fatty foods, our gallbladder releases bile into our intestine to help digest the fat. Bile is usually liquid. If liquid bile hardens into stones, the gallstones can block the opening to the gallbladder.

People with gallstones may experience abdominal pain which is usually triggered by fatty foods.
