Lean red meat or fatty poultry.
Raw sugars.

Foods that are encouraged include:
Fresh produce, including mushrooms, cruciferous vegetables, berries, spices and herbs which are thought to have medicinal properties.
Whole grains.
Fish and lean poultry.
Additive-free and minimally processed when possible.
Organic produce.
Animal products from animals raised in a natural environment rather than industrially-raised.
